FAQ

Here's some questions we get asked a lot so here's some of the answers!

What all do I need to provide to get a quote?

We will need the following information in order to get you a quote accurately:

  • What color of shirts are you wanting printed?
  • Is there a certain brand or type of feel you like for your shirts?
  • Do you have the design in a high resolution image or do we need to help with that?
  • How many colors are in the design?
  • How many locations? Front? Back? Sleeve? Etc.
  • How many shirts do you need and what's the size breakdown?
  • What is the date you need them by?

What are the artwork requirements?

The better the artwork the better the print! High resolution artwork is crucial to a quality print. We can use most files, but the files that provide the best quality are vector files. Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) are ideal. Other potential options are Adobe Photoshop (.psd), JPEG, and TIFF. If your file doesn't meet these requirements, for a small fee we can work with your image to prepare it for printing.

Do you have a minimum order size?

Yes (but smaller than most!) We have a minimum order of 5. We pride ourselves on being able to offer services from small quanities to 5,000+. However, the more items you order the prices do drop considerably. Ask for our price break down sheet to see where the breaks occur in pricing.

How much are your setup fees?

We have a $25 fee for all jobs. This covers our screen preparations and prepping for the process. This is a one time fee for each job.

What is your turn around time?

We tell our customers that we are typically around a 2 week turnaround time. However, if you need a rush on your project and need it faster we can do it! Contact us so we can make it happen.

Can I mix and match my items? I want some zip up hoodies, pullover hoodies, and some t-shirts.

Absolutely! As long you are printing the same design on the apparel.

How do I pay?

Once we send you a quote and you have approved your artwork, we require at least 50% down of your order. Once the order is complete, you are required to pay the remaining balance plus shipping (if applicable) to receive your items. No orders will be released until the balance is paid in full. We accept cash, PayPal, check, and  Venmo.

Can I send you my own shirts to print?

Of course! We will print on anything. Shirts you ordered, your favorite flannel, a vest or jacket, etc. Let us know what you are providing to be printed on and we will send you a quote.
